Vita was founded to reduce the impact of boating on the marine environment through the development of an all-electric and integrated ecosystem of high-performance electric powertrains and fully electric yachts, supported by dedicated marine supercharging infrastructure.
A 10m dayboat with 480 litres of diesel in its tank will generate approximately 1290 kg of CO2 on a typical day out.
A standard diesel car generates this amount of CO2 in 3 months.
Not only do electric boats run all day without emitting a single gram of CO2, they also eliminate the negative effects of engine noise, fuel slicks and bilge water on the marine environment.
Inspired by the electric mobility revolution, Vita was founded to bring electric power to the water
The first Vita prototype, the 9 metre Vita IX, is launched and wins both speed and endurance classes at the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge.
Electrix, Vita’s 10 metre prototype dayboat, is launched and enjoys repeated success at the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge.
Vita’s first premium production electric day boat. The 10.5m Vita Lion has a top speed of over 35 knots, a cruising speed of 25 knots, and can supercharge in under an hour.
Launched in 2021, the 7 metre Seal is Vita’s first full production electric rib for commercial and recreational use. Supercharged in under an hour, it has a top speed of 30+ knots and cruises at 20 knots.
The Cub is a new electric jet ski project under development at Vita. Using the same proprietary propulsion technology as the larger Vita boats, the Cub will be supercharged and will feature a 30kWh battery capable of recharging in 15 minutes.
